Nationwide Officials Supplies Return/Exchange Policy

Returns:  In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product(s) within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it, in original packaging (including tags) and undamaged in any way.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method.  Credit card refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges:  The replacement items will need to be ordered on the Nationwide Officials Supplies site following the normal ordering procedure.  The item must be in good condition when received.  To make an exchange send item(s) back to the address below within 30 days of the original purchase and a refund will be issued for the item(s). Orders will be processed and shipped following our standard order fulfillment guidelines.
